Dear Mr. Peppin:
Below are the results of analyses performed on the sample received by us on August 26, 1996. This sample represents the material assumed to be typical of your system. The sample was analyzed in order to assure ourselves that appropriate concentration of nutrients were present for the growth of large numbers of micro-organisms and to be certain that inhibitory quantities of toxic material were not present. Following are the results of the analysis.

Following this initial analysis, an aliquot of the sample was inoculated with bacteria at concentrations of 10 and 20 milligrams per liter (PPM). These samples together with an untreated portion of the sample which serves as a control where monitored over a thirteen day period. Following is a summary of the results of that monitoring.

The addition of AquaClean has resulted in marked improvement in COD, TSS, and Sulfide. The reduction in COD was 80.0% for the 10 ppm treatment. The TSS levels were reduced 100.00%, and Sulfide reduction was 86.0%.
The use of Bio-Augmentation is you system is unquestionably effective. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further information.
