AquaClean’s ability to dramatic reduction fecal coliform

The trial was conducted in the Swan Pond, a surface area of 1/2 acre, at the Jacksonville Zoo. Treated with AquaClean BioRemediation Protocols, we were able to reduce Fecal Coliform from 36,000 cfu to 4,600 cfu in just a few weeks. These results would have been even better had the program not been interrupted due to issues related to NPDES permits, which were eventually resolved.

Attached is the lab report summary, where Nitrates and Nitrites are below detectable limits now and BOD/COD/TSS are impressively lower. In addition, we reduced the bottom sludge by some 4 to 6 inches, as well as significantly reduced the Fecal Coliform. In general there was a noticeable visual difference in the water quality, and the Zoo Caretakers see an improvement in the general health of the swans.
