BASIC METHOD OF MANUFACTURE - ACF 32

QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES

Quality control procedures are broken down into two areas: hygiene; consistency of product.

Regarding hygiene, these steps are followed:

  1. Washdown of walls, floor, tanks.
  2. Proper ventilation to control quality of air.
  3. Goggles, lab coats and gloves to be worn by employees involved in growing process

This procedure is monitored by the proper governmental agencies.

Regarding consistency of product, these steps are followed:

  1. Ingredients are weighed in exact measurements
  2. Constant monitoring of heat.
  3. Constant monitoring of geometric growth.
  4. test for salmonella and for bacterial count. After written documentation is received of excellent results, product is packaged and stored in warehouse at proper temperature awaiting shipment.

EMERGENCY HANDLING PLAN IF SWALLOWED, TOUCHED OR SPLASHED IN EYES

Effects of overexposure to:

1.skin none.
2.Eyes none.
3.Inhalation none.
4.Ingestion may cause extreme diarrhea.

Emergency first-aid procedures

1.skin wash well with water.
2.Eyes flush with copious amounts of water for 25 minutes.
3.Inhalation move to fresh air.
4.Ingestion do not induce vomiting, get medical attention as soon as possible.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF TREATED MATERIAL

In home, restaurant, hotel use, etc. where the installation is on a septic tank or cesspool, the treated material can be filtered through the system directly into the leachfield, which is usually sand or gravel. The material is completely safe to the groundwater, and so the effluent treated waste can be absorbed into the ground without any fear of contamination.

In industrial use, the treated waste can be disposed of either by an evaporation system, recycling system, or total discharge. As far as ACF 32 is concerned, it can be discharged into a public river or stream, provided the plant is allowed to discharge their waste into a public river or stream.

In agricultural use, the producer usually moves the waste, and then sprays it on the field as fertilizer. He can continue to do so after be has treated his waste with ACF 32 with no hindrance to the crop, environment or groundwater.
